The products that we make or distribute are guaranteed to
function to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, return the
product within thirty (30) days of delivery for exchange or refund. All returns
must be authorized by telephone, letter or email prior to the return of the
product. You will be given a return authorization number to accompany the
product back to us. Returns must be sent freight prepaid.
Returns must be in good condition (excluding warranty
returns). Credit will be issued after the product is received and inspected.
Assuming the product is in good condition you would receive credit for the cost
you paid plus any freight charges incurred with the original shipment.
Note: If
you are not satisfied with a part or product of ours the returns will be treated
as mentioned above, otherwise, there will be a 15% restocking charge.
