If you have a Sentinel Vacuum Controller
that needs repair we offer a loaner that can be used while we
repair your unit. Our policy works as follows:
Call us and we will send you the loaner
model that you require.
When you get the loaner
send us your unit. We will evaluate your unit and contact you
with the repair charges. We will repair your unit and then
return your unit to you.
After you have installed your repaired
unit and all is working properly call us and we will issue a UPS
call tag to have our loaner picked up and returned to us.
The cost of the loaner is
a flat charge of $25 for a Model 100/350/500 and $15 for a
Sentinel Mark II.
Your only shipping charges from us will
be when we ship back your repaired unit.
