Our products ship directly from a warehouse located in Florida. We do, however, ship occasionally out of other locations across the US. Please expect 2 - 5 days to receive your items.
Returns
Although we attempt to expedite shipping times on all the products we sell, items may take from 2 - 5 days to ship following an order. We will make every effort to insure that your item ships in an expedient manner. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
We have a simple method for calculating our Shipping charges and it is as follows: Up to $15.00 total purchase, the shipping charge is $1.50; from $15.01 to 50.00 the shipping charge is $3.50; from $50.01 to $75.00 the shipping charge is $5.50; when your total purchase is more than $75.01, your shipping is FREE.
Refunds and Returns
If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days of placing the order and we will arrange for a return or an exchange of the item.
Orders that are not damaged or defective may be returned for any reason within 30 days of order placement subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. Additionally, if order is not damaged or defective, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs involved. If you wish to return an item, please contact us immediately and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued to you.

We cannot ship to these states. If an order is placed, your order will be canceled.
New York: New York residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers or licensed Pharmacists in that state.
Massachusetts: Massachusetts residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers in that state.
States Where Pepper Sprays Have Some Restrictions
Michigan: Pepper spray must not be more than 10 percent and can be used for self defense. The reasonable use of a self-defense spray or foam device containing not more than 10 percent oleoresin capsicum by a person in the protection of a person or property under circumstances that would justify the persons use of physical force.
Wisconsin: Tear gas is not permissible. By regulation, OC products with a maximum OC concentration of 10 percent and weight range of oleoresin of capsicum and inert ingredients of 15-60 grams are authorized. This is one half oz. and 2 oz. spray. Further, the product cannot be camouflaged, and must have a safety feature designed to prevent accidental discharge. The units may not have an effective range of over 20 feet and must have an effective range of six feet. In addition there are certain labeling and packaging requirements: must state that it cannot be sold to anyone under 18 and the phone number of the manufacturer has to be on the label. The units must also be sold in sealed tamper-proof packages.
NOTE: Pepper Spray is legal in all 50 states, however a number of cities and states have restrictions on sizes, strengths, etc.. If you have a question, it is wise to check with you local city or state attorneys office. Defense sprays should only be purchased by those 18 years of age or older.
